Every stay is scored by a fixed formula on hard variables — price, real guest-review ratings and quality signals — then measured against your exact constraints. Some properties scored higher but were ruled out for breaking your rules (over budget, wrong location). The winner earns the best value for your specific brief.
A high score can hide thin walls. For every recommendation, NoraView analyzes the written guest reviews and returns a verdict per priority — confirmed, contradicted, or unverified — with the mechanism spelled out (quiet because it's set back from the street is not the same as soundproofed). Silence in the data never counts as confirmation, and what we can't verify, we say plainly.
